Education/Sexual Health

Taking care of your body throughout your pregnancy — and throughout your life — is one of the most important things you can do. LAPS offers a number of services to help you learn about and appreciate your body, and how to take care of your body for a happy and healthy future.

Natural Family Planning Classes
Natural Family Planning, or NFP, is the only family planning method that works with a woman's body, not against it. In these classes you will learn how to use a combination of fertility awareness and periodic abstinence. Used properly, this method is the most effective, has no hormonal side effects, and has been shown to foster greater intimacy in marriage. No pills, condoms, or guilt required. Call (213) 382-5643 for class schedule, or to schedule classes at your school or church

Chastity Talks
LAPS chastity talks help you sort out sex facts from sex fiction. Learn about the real statistics of sex outside of marriage, what chastity really means, how to live it, and the happiness you may be missing out on. Call (213) 382-5643 for a talk schedule, or to schedule a talk at your school or church.
